Parts Work Meditation
An 8-minute meditation to check in with your parts.
We are all made of a complex internal system with different parts, each part with their different roles and gifts, beliefs, autonomy and personality. It's important to continually check in with our different parts, to give support to any parts that need it, and to find coherence so we can move from a place of Self-led wholeness. This is a great meditation to invite parts that need holding to come into connection with us. This is an ongoing practice.
For deeper (Internal Family Systems) parts work, getting to know your inner landscape, and building trust with your protective parts, you may wish to book a 1-1 session instead.
